3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days depending on the delivery location.
Custom Orders: Custom and made-to-order furniture may take 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Express Shipping: Available for select products and locations, with a delivery time of 3-7 business days.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, supply chain issues, or high order volumes. We will notify you in case of any significant delay.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your shipment.
5. Shipment Tracking

8. Returns Due to Shipping Damage

Payment Methods: Customers can make payments directly to our company bank account through NEFT, IMPS, or RTGS.

Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order.
Order Confirmation: Upon receiving the 50% advance, Carving Town will begin working on your order.
Order Updates: Throughout the process, we will provide updates via WhatsApp, sharing high-quality photos and videos of the ongoing work and progress.
Final Approval: Before dispatch, we will share final photos of your completed furniture for your approval.
Remaining Payment: After your approval of the final product, the remaining 50% balance is due before dispatch.
Dispatch: Once the remaining payment is received, we will dispatch your order through reliable delivery services, including Safe Xpress, BlueDart, or Carving Town private vehicles, ensuring safe and secure delivery.
