1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Custom-made or personalized furniture pieces are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Securely pack the item and ship it to the return address provided.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.
If a return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping charges.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:
