4. We Would Be Happy to Welcome Our Clients and Invite Them to Check Out The Product Quality at Our Factory. If a visit is not possible, we will send you the final product images so you can confirm.
5. Once you have confirmed, we will ship the furniture from our factory. A group of professionals will look after the furniture during installation and transportation

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship our furniture across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.

Standard Delivery: Free shipping is available on selected products. For others, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and product weight.
Express Delivery: If you require faster delivery, additional charges will apply. Please check availability at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days depending on the delivery location.
Custom Orders: Custom and made-to-order furniture may take 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Express Shipping: Available for select products and locations, with a delivery time of 3-7 business days.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, supply chain issues, or high order volumes. We will notify you in case of any significant delay.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your shipment.

8. Returns Due to Shipping Damage
If your product arrives damaged due to transit, please report it within 48 hours with clear images. Our team will assess and arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

Payment Terms for Carving Town – Luxury Furniture Store
Payment Methods: Customers can make payments directly to our company bank account through NEFT, IMPS, or RTGS.
Order Manager Assignment: After payment confirmation, Carving Town will assign a dedicated order manager to keep you updated on your order. You can contact them from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order.
Order Confirmation: Upon receiving the 50% advance, Carving Town will begin working on your order.
Order Updates: Throughout the process, we will provide updates via WhatsApp, sharing high-quality photos and videos of the ongoing work and progress.
Final Approval: Before dispatch, we will share final photos of your completed furniture for your approval.
Remaining Payment: After your approval of the final product, the remaining 50% balance is due before dispatch.
Dispatch: Once the remaining payment is received, we will dispatch your order through reliable delivery services, including Safe Xpress, BlueDart, or Carving Town private vehicles, ensuring safe and secure delivery.
